We’re definitely going. For New Year’s. Italy. The love of my life and me. Excuse me as I SKJDFHGLKSJHGLKSJHLSKJGHLIUEYLIEULAKJHLKJDFHLGKJSHDFLG
Also, as every girlfriend says at some point or another, “Best. Boyfriend. Ever.”
Hi, everyone. I’m sorry I haven’t posted anything in the last week, but I was in San Diego staying with John on the Navy base where he’s stationed. We got back here the night before last and he left yesterday evening.
It’s funny, you know? You grow accustomed to having a relationship based on a few encounters in-person and countless text messages and phone calls in-between, and you feel lonely but stable. Then, you actually get to spend the time with each other that you’d like: going out, playing around, and waking up to each other’s faces in the morning…and then, it has to stop and suddenly the text messaging doesn’t seem as fulfilling.
Of course I’m not thinking of ending my relationship…not now, nor ever…it’s just that it seems that once you’ve had a taste of what you want the rest of your life to feel like you realise just how starving you were before.
